Agreement on the Protection of Personal Data of realestate.parismanagement.fr

1. GENERAL TERMS

1. This Agreement governs the use of the parismanagement.fr website (hereinafter together: the “Site”, “Realestate.parismanagement.fr Sites) in the corresponding form) between the “User “and the legal entity established and operating in accordance with the laws of France, 36 bis rue du faubourg du temple 75011 Paris France, represented by Togrul Aliyev, who is the responsible person in according to existing legal framework. (hereinafter the “Company”, realestate.parismanagement.fr)
2. This Agreement does not govern Realestate.parismanagement.fr and it is not responsible for receiving, storage, processing, usage and disclosure of the User’s personal data and any other information to third parties not owned or managed by Realestate.parismanagement.fr, and to natural persons who are not employees of Realestate.parismanagement.fr, even if the User gained access to the sites, products or services of these persons through parismanagement.fr or by mailing. According to this agreement, confidential information is only that which is stored in the encrypted state in the site database and is accessible only to Realestate.parismanagement.fr.
3. The User acknowledges that, in case of him/her negligence of security and protection of him/her personal data and authorization data, third parties may gain unauthorized access to your account and personal and other User’s data. Realestate.parismanagement.fr is not liable for losses incurred by such access.
4. The inadequate notice of the User about the inclusion of him/her personal data in the “Clients” database will be confirmation of the registration of the User. Realestate.parismanagement.fr does not transfer personal data and other information to third parties, except as provided below. According to this Agreement, Users have granted the right to “Realestate.parismanagement.fr” to disclose, under the terms of this Agreement, personal data, as well as other user information to third parties that provide the services of “Realestate.parismanagement.fr”, in particular, but not exclusively , such as process applications, payments, deliver packages. Third parties may use User’s information only if they provide the services of Realestate.parismanagement.fr and only the information that is necessary to provide the service. Also, the disclosure of personal data without the consent of the User or a person authorized by him/her is allowed in cases specified by law, and only in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights.
5. The procedure for obtaining personal data

Realestate.parismanagement.fr, individually or through its agents, can collect personal information, namely: name, patronymic, last name, passport data, identification code, contact phones, email address, user’s area and city of residence, password for identification, as well as data that is used to fill out forms of online services that are posted on sites;
